Huang Xiaoyong Conducts In-Depth Research at Several Enterprises

On January 19th, County Head Huang Xiaoyong, accompanied by officials from the County Development and Reform Bureau, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Administrative Approval Bureau, and Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, conducted in-depth research at several key enterprises on their operations and project construction. Bai Yinghui, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the County Economic Development Zone, also participated in the research.

Huang Xiaoyong and his delegation visited Shijiazhuang Jiyu Textile Co., Ltd., Hebei Chuangbo Machinery Co., Ltd., and Zhaoxian Qiangneng Power Supply Co., Ltd., among others. They gained a detailed understanding of each enterprise's product processes, production and operation, and project planning. They listened attentively to the difficulties and needs encountered by each enterprise in their development, studied solutions and methods on-site, and exchanged views on how enterprises can achieve better and faster development in the future.

Huang Xiaoyong pointed out that development is the fundamental principle, and projects are the essential support. The County Party Committee and the County Government will firmly establish the development concept of "projects are king, enterprises are king, and the environment is king," continuously optimize the business environment, and resolutely provide comprehensive services for enterprise development and project construction, helping enterprises achieve new breakthroughs in broader fields and at higher levels of development. All levels of government and departments should proactively help enterprises solve the difficulties and problems they encounter in their development, thoroughly understand the situation, establish records, implement precise policies, and remove obstacles and difficulties in enterprise development to promote their growth and expansion. Enterprises should further strengthen standardized management and devote themselves to all aspects of production and operation, project construction, technological innovation, talent cultivation, as well as safety production and environmental protection, to ensure that they plan for significant development and improvement in the new era and make greater contributions to the county's leapfrog and high-quality economic development.
