On March 15th, Huang Xiaoyong, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Head, led officials from the County Development and Reform Bureau, Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and Industry and Information Technology Bureau to conduct in-depth research at several key enterprises. Deputy County Head Wang Xiaoyu and Bai Yinghui, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the County Economic Development Zone, accompanied the research.

Huang Xiaoyong and his delegation visited key enterprises such as Hebei Gaibo Textile Co., Ltd. and Zhaoxian Chengji Food Co., Ltd., carefully observing and listening to introductions of the enterprises' production and operation, engaging in in-depth discussions with enterprise leaders, and gaining a detailed understanding of each enterprise's raw material supply, production and sales, technological upgrades, and development plans. They also inquired about the difficulties encountered by the enterprises and coordinated solutions on-site.

At Hebei Gaibo Textile Co., Ltd., Huang Xiaoyong and his delegation held in-depth exchanges with the company's leaders and those of Shijiazhuang Jiyu Textile Co., Ltd. Huang Xiaoyong pointed out that the textile industry is one of the county's traditional and distinctive industrial clusters, possessing a sound industrial foundation and development advantages. Enterprises should further emancipate their minds, update their concepts, seize opportunities, and ride the momentum, making full use of the existing industrial foundation, strengthening their confidence and determination to develop, scientifically formulating industrial development plans, continuously improving product technology levels, expanding industrial scale, and enhancing industrial efficiency to promote the textile industry to become larger, stronger, and better.

At Zhaoxian Chengji Food Co., Ltd., Huang Xiaoyong pointed out that Zhaoxian County is a national advanced county in grain production and the hometown of Xuehua pears, possessing a unique industrial foundation and development advantages. The next step will be to vigorously develop the modern food processing industry, adhering to the development strategy of "specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and innovation," increasing policy support and industrial guidance, and creating new momentum for the county's leapfrog and high-quality economic development.
