Production Scale and Equipment
Capacity Configuration: The company is equipped with over 60,000 spindles, over 100 looms, and advanced international and domestic production and auxiliary equipment, including:
Uster foreign matter removers (to ensure raw material purity);
Savio fully automatic winders (to improve yarn winding quality and efficiency);
Zhengfangji GA310 nine-unit double-sizing trough sizing machine (to enhance yarn wear resistance and weavability);
Rifa looms (to ensure weaving quality);
Fully equipped with comprehensive end-to-end testing equipment, ensuring quality control from raw material delivery to finished product shipment. With an annual output of 15 million meters of greige fabric and 7,000 tons of yarn, the company is capable of accepting and delivering large orders.

Custom Weaving/Spinning
Provide a 20 cm × 20 cm fabric sample or a 50 g yarn sample. The laboratory will issue a complete report: composition, yarn count, twist, weight, organization chart, finishing formula, and provide a corresponding sample in 5-7 days. After confirmation, the bulk product will be delivered in 20 days. The fiber can be changed: organic cotton, recycled polyester, modal, Tencel, etc.
Small Batch Customization
Reactive, disperse, vat, coating, acid dyes, matched according to terminal use, light fastness ≥ level 6, water washing 60℃×50 times ≥ level 4, sweat and friction ≥ level 4, low bath ratio airflow dyeing, saving 30% water and 15% dye.
Color Customization
50 meters of spot grey fabric can be dyed; digital printing starts at 10 meters, with no screen fees; MES+APS intelligent scheduling reduces order change time by 15%, stable unit price for orders under 300 meters, 500+ color masterbatch yarns in stock, support "same-day color matching, next-day delivery", suitable for independent designers, e-commerce quick returns, and small orders for school uniforms/homestays.
